Fabulous hip new hotel with very welcoming and exceptional staff members especially on the reception desk. Luxurious, fairly quiet room with a view. Excellent breakfast, especially pastries and cheese.  

Absolutely incredible and impressive hotel. Consistently courteous employees, especially on the reception desk. - Central location makes it a nice comfy base for discovering Venice.

The staff here provides exceptional service, the beds in the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the location is fantastic, being close to a major canal and St Mark's Square for shopping.

Exceptionally comfortable room and wonderful bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath robes. Delicious and exceptionally nice breakfast with variety of pastries and cheese. Great and brilliant location, to the Murano island.  

The location is central. The rooms offered are huge and top-notch with coffee, the bedroom, the A/C.

This venue is clean and special with caring and proactive staff who arranged a reservation and provided pastries, cakes, and cheese for breakfast, which was a nice touch.

The breakfast served here was fantastic, with a selection of delicious pastries and cheese, and our spacious room had coffee, a dressing area, and air conditioning.

This place was a great spot for exploring and sightseeing, with friendly and helpful staff at the reception, and a convenient central location near a beautiful church.

Enjoyed the convenient location close to Giardini della Biennale, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options like good coffee, pastries, and cheese.

the location in Venice is stunning, near Santa Maria delle Salute church and the St Regis, with a canal that is a popular sitting spot in warmer months. Found a place named Ristorante Canal Grande, just a short walk from the hotel, and dined 

Such an amazing stay for 2 nights. Units with a view. A wide range of options for breakfast in the terrace.

Very limited views.

Excellent location near famous square. Upgraded to stunning canal-view room. Hotel has beautiful terrace overlooking canal. Helpful staff and management. Great bar and restaurant with Grand Canal views. a fantastic experience. 

The room and hotel location however the hotel too expensive

The location of the Hotel was close to all of the attractions we wished to see in Venice.

We had a double room and the bed was two twin sized beds shoved togeather. I fell in the gap.

The breakfast offerings were fantastic with a delightful selection of pastries and cheese.
